Hi Hi!

I'm Charlie ... a creative thinker, project manager, strategist and all-round organiser who genuinely loves turning complicated ideas, projects and plans into something clear, practical and manageable.

Over the last 20 years I've worked across marketing, digital agencies, client services, project delivery and business operations, partnering with consultants, construction companies, community organisations, local government, creative teams and small businesses where my role has nearly always been somewhere in the middle... bridging the gap between ideas and implementation, people and projects, strategy and delivery... seeing the bigger picture while making sure the details actually get done.

And yes ... damn, I love a tidy space.

Not just the physical kind (although those too!), but tidy businesses, tidy projects, tidy plans and tidy thinking. Because when the moving pieces start working together, work feels lighter, clearer and considerably more manageable.

I started Digital Sorts after moving to Canada, bringing together more than 20 years of experience across digital, marketing and project delivery. Today, that experience has evolved into something much more focused ... working alongside people doing great work who need an experienced partner to help manage everything around it.

I work alongside consultants, business owners and small teams who are great at what they do but don't necessarily need to be managing everything around it too.

I step into the work around the work... helping manage projects, coordinate client delivery, organise systems, improve processes and take ownership of the many details required to keep things moving.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me exploring the mountains with my dog, discovering another great coffee shop, sketching ideas in a notebook or working on one of the many creative projects that keep my brain happily busy.
